I know we have some DBC Crews representing us this weekend, so if you have thought about going then come on over where you will see some familiar faces!!!

It’s POPCORN time in North Carolina!!!

What: Popcorn Kickoff! (Commitment forms are due TONIGHT at Roundtable)
When: Tonight (September 7th) at 7PM
Where: Cummings Memorial UMC

What do I need to do?
Come to tonight Kickoff to learn all about Popcorn and how your unit can raise funds for themselves and turn in a commitment form. This can help pay for next year’s summer camp (hopefully at Camp Daniel Boone) day camp or WinterFest/ VentureFest, your units recharter, any event or activity that your unit has planned, award ceremony, and so much more!!

What do we need to turn in?
We will be collecting commitment forms this evening. This needs to be turned in tonight in order for your unit to sell! If for some reason you can’t make it, make sure someone from the unit will be present. If you are unsure of who might be attending for your unit, you may email me your commitment this evening. Please let me know what unit you are with, who the popcorn kernel will be, what their address/ contact information is, and what date your unit kickoff will be. You may email me at Sarah.Barnett@Scouting.org

Hopefully we will see you this evening! As always, after the kickoff we will be having our normal breakout sessions. So come ready to learn some awesome opportunities for your unit!!!
Tell me about the Patch:
This is the Galaxy Patch that your Scouts have the opportunity to earn!! It is way cool and out of this world! It has 5 different pieces to it: the initial patch, the Military band, the Online band, the 1 of Each band, and the $650 and over band plus an opportunity for a Top Seller Pin!
